If you always use skills you will out of mana too faster. But in bot lane its not a big problem. Because your team friend can stay at lane. Also you can try kill blue monster.

Try catch your enemies without minions between you and your enemies. And use this combo E>Q>W. Brand's E skill is easiest skill for hit. Then if you can hit with Q skill, you will stun your enemy. So enemy can't dodge your W skill.

In team fight, you should hit enemies with W first. Then use E. Then R. Congratulations! You won a team fight :)
Also you can use this combo Q>E>W>R

Go bushes in down. When enemy coming to you, use E>Q skills for stun. Then go to your tower and use W for activate our passive on enemy jungle. :)

When going about 10lv, go enemy jungle and steal monsters. You can gang to other lanes by the way.
