I also entirely agree with everyone else. If you're going to go for critplank, at least rank up your Parley to max first. Additionally, The three CoA isn't viable whatsoever. It's roughly 2.4k to get those all, and you could've gotten the majority of an Infinity edge or a full Phantom Dancer by then.

Please note, I am an intolerant *** when it comes to bad gp builds. I've got 450+ games with him before I switched mains, so I got my stuff down on it, and had no tolerance for noob gps. So please, this may sound harsh, but understand: this is the one arena where I'm a ****. lulz
You even dont take a 2nd rank in parley till lvl 7... i dont see much harrasing there.
I suggest u build an early sheen at least and get some more dmg before boosting up crit chance so your crits from parley be more noticeable.
And i dont think that focusing harrasing is good for gp, he should play defensively with a support till 20 mins in game and just last hit, last hit, last hit... You will be amazed when u get a trinity force in 17-20 mins and be well on your way to the BF sword, or next zeal whatever u like more....
Aside from that you should expand your item guide and offer your readers optional items to grab versus different types of teams.
Mainly what i dont like in this build is the lack of dmg items, 100% crit chance is not always the best idea, especially cuz u can boost it with agility elixir or smt.
I wont up or down vote, but take my suggestions into consideration :)
