Made some updates!

The build is nice, but I would change Runes a little bit.I would put a little ad in the Runes.

Not enough crit.

it's actually not too bad of a cheatsheet for your first guide, lightyears ahead of most of the **** produced on this site these days. The guide itself needs work however. I would avoid critical damage runes.

I am in fact level 30(Jggidorrry, NA server). And actually, it's "No"-Elo. It's a play on the phrase "Low"-Elo.

In regards to the other feedback, thank you! As I said, this is my first guide. It started as a little reminder for me in games, when I usually forget my build about 3 items in. The coding is indeed an issue I'll need to take care of, but luckily the guide is still in it's infancy and I'll likely be working on it 3 hours a day for the rest of the week. As for the need to comment to vote? Eh. People will tell me how the guide is regardless.

Anyway, thank you again for the feedback, I'll keep it in mind as I continue to update.

Turning on the need to comment for voting can work wonders.
Second; I just skimmed through the guide. Needs more coding, and furthermore, never make a guide for non-elo/if you're not level 30 unless it's a really funny guide which will be put in the comedic section. That is all.
