runes are wrong, masteries dont make sense with the spells u chose... needs a dam big remake o.O

One thing I have noticed is you use attack speed in your build when talon isn't an auto-attack-to-kill champion. he is an AD burst champion. Try changing your phantom dancer to either or , the former for more damage and easy farm, and the latter for extra armor pen and that atk speed if you can't live without it.

After reading this guide, or atleast taked a look at it. I have a lot of disagreement.

In my way of seeing this, I think your rune pages is messed up. Why would you go MpR? instead of Armor P? Seals I would prefer to go Mp5, because after the nerf. Talon is way to mana depend at early game. As glyph I would go for CdR runes or MR.

I don't see any reason to max your Q (Noxian Diplomacy) in early game? Talon is way to squichy to get close early game. I would rather go max W (Rake) and harass them instead.

I would aswell start of with boots and mana pots, because hes so damn mana depend after the nerf.

This is why I devoted your guide, because I don't recommend this.
I hope you understand why.
