So would you say that for teamfights, AP Teemo is better splitpushing or waiting for the right moment to harass, assassinate and kill, versus on hit teemo, who acts like an ADC? Or should you still try to split with him in general?

Very unique build. Why do you max e first? I've been maxing q for my whole life. Also, would you recommend teemo mid? And if so what kind of build should you go as teemo mid? I want to try it but im to scared and i dont k the right build for it.
