He just AFKed a game I was in 40 minutes. He did make sure to move his champion around a little bit in spawn so that he didn't disconnect for being AFK. He finished the game with Fizz 115 minion kills solo top. He claims to be an "EXPERT" with Fizz. I can only imagine how awful he is with Talon.

Yeah cleanse is more there for when you get slowed/snared/stunned because you usually will die after getting these debuffs on you since Talon will get focused. I guess i should've done another section for summoner spells just to add variety but oh well. If you really want to you can switch the offensive mastery to take improved exhaust and get that since arch mages savy really isn't doing anything right now. Thats if you didn't want to take cleanse and get exhaust which will work well too i just prefer cleanse.

Remarkable. Love how you making him into a machine. But the cleanse is not really needed. I guess that i am not one to use cleanse seeing that i can easily get away with Flash and ignite or Flash and ghost. Love your build/Guide. It's awesome and i hope you continue bringing out some fantastic builds such as this one.
