Well not much to say here.
I am not an engineer yet, but I will be(heavily into algorithms and optimizations). If you are really that good with the build, runes and masteries but only lack the skill, then you should be a really good league player as league is a game in which not much skill is needed, rather knowledge and fast decisions(which you should theoretically be good at as you are an engineer).
If you are silver however, then you're doing something wrong. Here are the 2 main things:
1. Aatrox is eclipsed by other junglers. There are guys who clear better, gank better and also scale better. This can't be resolved so just know this and don't pick Aatrox all that much as he doesn't fit in the current META.
2. His gold requirement is too big. In order for YOU to be the damage dealer, you must be WAY ahead. A lot of the items on your list are way too expensive and in order for you to reach that peak in which Aatrox dominates(consider the fact that you have to hit that very early, or you reaching your peak against enemies with 3-4 items is not that strong). I'd suggest going for a tankier build early on just to support your team as going for a tankier build is significantly cheaper, and towards the mid to late game going for SOME damage(2 at least, a third if your team lacks damage).
EDIT: also the build seems incomplete(you can check other guides to see what else you can write, even my own guide that is archived at the moment but is on my signature) and keep in mind that mobaFIRE values aesthetics over content so if you want a good guide, you should learn some coding).
