who cares that riven isnt GOD TIER on the jungle she is still really good AND THIS GUIDE WILL SHOW YOU the TRUE POWER OF RIVEN JUNGLE

Runes

Why should you gett these runes first the attack speed runes help you allot in the jungle and althought you think that attack speed in the jungle then you are bad, second i like to mix the armor pen and attack damage so you can have a really good balanced damaged last but not least the all important armor runes well you would be just dumb not to jungle with armor runes

Masteries

For masteries, you ll still whanna be that strong ad burster so i suggest taking a 21/9/0 taking the reduction of damage taken and attack minions buffs also taking all extra ad and lifesteal

Items

For items this seems too GLASSCANNON but this choice of items makes riven extremly stonk and its built for early and late game damage getting you enough sustain and resistance against ad carrys and ap carry also take advantage of yommus and maw of malmortius
