This is my first guide so please no hate, I hope you like it and gain some ELO with it and most importantly, just have some fun guys :)

Is this better than other Devourer Jungle builds?

Well, no, but would you rather Vayne jungle for the 3 hits or an actual jungler?

No doubt, Warwick and Kayle jungle are better with the Devourer but unlike many low ELO people understand, different team comps need different champions and every game is a different situation depending on your team and the enemy team.

Like would you pick Vi against a Sivir? or against an Ashe?

Why is this good?

Well, much like other champions, Vi's 2nd skill (Denting Blows) takes only 2 attacks.

This means, after you have used your Assault And Battery on an enemy, you can hit them one time and use your Excessive Force and it will proc. Denting Blows. This is really strong for assassinating the enemy carries.

This will only happen once you have reached Sated Devourer.
