For my spel i like to go

becuase they are both blue and blue is a realy nice color

Runes

For runes i like to go full mana regen because rengo has a very low mana sustain in lane it will help you in your laning phase and also in teamfights!

Masteries

personaly i like to go 4/0/26 because than your masteries are all blue and you have some nice cdr!

SKINS (REALY IMPORTANT)

IMPORTANT: Buy NightHunter Rengar becuase its the only blue skin for rengar if you DONT use this skin you wil lose all the games with this build cuz this build is based on the NightHunter
Rengar skin and it scales prety damn hard with it!
