Hi,
the runes are definitly troll, if you go for a glass cannon Diana you want to max your damage output differently, for example with magic penetration, the runes also don't fit to the items. Also I dislike the Rod of Ages as a late game item, you have to decide if you need mana or not. You will also not be able to buy Rod of Ages in most of the games because an average 3v3 game is too short.
