I haven't tried this build out quite yet, but it looks like you may have put 6 points into the W skill on the first build.

Really nice build man, also the tactics are cool.
I just changed a bit in the build, getting guardians angel before Rylai's Crystal Scepter,
What I would do is get the gaint belt then guardians angel and continue normally.

This all shouldn't take long for me to build usually in any game, since heimer is a super farming champion.

Hmm, this is quite a bit different from how I usually play Heimer, but interested to try it out later.
Everything you say makes sense so now to see if when I put it into action how it turns out.
