Strong build if u get at the beginning enough money to get boots quickly. The last item could also be "Phantom Dancer", "The Black Cleaver", a armor, a Magic Ressist or a Health item be.
U should sell the ur boots and maybe ur first item at the end and buy maybe "phantom dancer" if u have it just 1 time.
