You might want to add that you can also use Promote in Dominion. It's a great way to help you reach the capture point and your minion will be wailing away on the turret, while you deal with the defender at that point.
Honestly, I don't like Flash that much in Dominion. For such a small stage, I personally think it's a waste, when someone can easily just go into the jungle and get a speed boost to catch up to you. Although, I could see where it would help out in certain situations...
