Singed is a champion that is not hard and not easy to play. This guide will teach you how to play him like a pro and get out of elo hell. :) I included the items, masteries and runes you get up there already.

In mid or late game, when all lanes are roaming, it is the best for singed. when you try to poke people, put your Q on, W (slow) behind u and flip the enemy into ur slow. You can ult if u want the kill. in a teamfight, flip the adc, ult and just run around! When your ult is gone, use ghost to run or chase.

Early game, use auto attack and it is all about timing. Mid to late game use ur Q and run around the minions and flip or auto attack for thelast hit.

If you decide to solo that one champion, u should slow them before u go in, and activate ur Q. Now, before u flip him, put on ur ult. after u flip him, just run where he runs. then Ghost to chase if neccicary.
