Hello, this is my guide on how I play Dr. Mundo. You don't have to do it exactly how it is but I recommend you do so.

As this is my first guide I will try my best to make this as best as I can.

Ok lets talk about the runes for Mundo.
Greater Quint of Swiftness: Give's Mundo that extra boost of speed combined with his ult to secure those kills and to help him early on since i actually do prefer Dorans starting with him.
Greater Seal of Resilience: Almost a must have for him as you will be tanky most of the game and you will farm better if people harass you.
Greater Mark of Desolation: Another rune that combined with masochism, Mundo will do tons of damage early on.
Greater Glyph of Fortitude: This combined with dorans shield will give you that early game advantage with the extra boost of health for durabiltity.

My masteries with Mundo make me offensive but defensive. I pick Exhaust with Mundo for double slow when you cleaver and use this, that is why i pick Summoners Wrath mastery

Getting theveteran scars + Dorans Shield + Greater Glyphs of Fortitude = Amazing early game health

I pickinitiator with the Greater Quint of Swiftness for that great speed boost early game and with his ultimate.

Dorans Shield gives me good health, armor and regeneration early game for that great sustain with Mundo's passive.
Ninja Tabi orMercury Treads work either or for the enemy team.
WARMOGS! I cant stress you enough that this item combined with atmas and force of nature and spirit visage make mundo what he is. Crazy health and regeneration works perfectly with his ult.
Force of Nature gives Mundo great MR and tons of health regen. Who could want more?
Spirit Visage is awesome with CDR and MR with a great passive
Atmas Impaler really? This with warmogs is just crazy strong. Good early game damage and you will notice late game still doing decent damage.

Flash is for those great escapes and secures. Must have Spell.
Exhaust I explained later just tears the enemy away when you cleaver+exhaust them early game there bound to die.

Harass
Regeneration
Health
Goes Where he pleases
Looks cool

Cons:
Ignite!
Better Mundos
Easy to die early on till ultimate

Please Suggest on what is wrong with this build and how I can improve it.
