Save up for 2 lifesteal quints if you haven't. Regardless, doran's blade is better. Work on your last hitting too :)

Im a pretty low level, so would dorans and a pot be a smart choice for me in lane, Whenever I run dorans I never seem to have sustain, so would it be better for me to run long sword and 3 pots?

Trinity force is amazingly powerful on him. The buildup to it is just a little bit more awkward and stalls the tank killing power that last whisper provides so I prefer the more standard route.

Someone posted on another guide that you make to many guides. I agree, I made a guide in hope that someone would view it and it maybe would be a success. But now I am losing hope, you did a Lucian guide and cause you're a pro-player most people will check and look at your guide.

It's good that you help others and share your knowledge but I would like it if you gave others a chance too...

What can you say about Trinity Force because many ppl go for it after purchasing Bloodthirster?
