Elise ap in jungle ? Rabadon ?. Junglers are tanks ok u can go lee riven eve , but elise ap in jungle is not good. For me best build is Acient golem > boots > haunting guise > def items like omen sunfire spirit visage frozen heart. Its rly weird build . Ofc rylai is good item. =D

For Runes why did you choose three differnet types of Quintessences? I guess for example 3 are the best choice for all kind of jungler. But ofc you can go you personal variant but you might consider decide on one type. For items you chose some glass cannon builds. You might try out testing some more defense stuff too because for instance is not the best item on . if carrying, or against strong AD/ AS, or against strong AP - you might think of it.
