Im pretty sure the ezreal tournament users always get crit strike on ezreal, always. Watch some videos of candypandahh, always gets a infinity edge or phantom dancer, you can be a ad carry and successfully carry your team without critical strike. Also, you have no defensive items, making it easy for veigar to 1 hit you.
