Then you have 18%, which is significantly less than 40%, you also have very little Spell Penetration.
With Morde's AP Ratios, Haunting Guise is more magic damage than Rabadons until about 600 ap, in which case it's still half the cost.
I should just -1 for the AP runes.
Mejai's on Morde? Totally unneeded sorry.
This is an AP Build, if you are doing really well early game, Mejai's will be great.
FoN rshing +mejais is worse than getting aids in your butt.
As i said im getting Mejai because it's great AP item if you are doing well early game, and im rushing FoN to get that 40HP/5 and 0.35% of max from passive. AP Morde really needs some nice regen to spam his skills. Im playing Morde with this build and im doing well.
