Ok but Morgana is not the kind of tank support like Leona, Alistar, Thresh and others who can easily lock down nearly the whole enemy team. I can see your point, just at first I couldn't explain to myself how Morgana can be a tank. I can argue more about Teleport though. And for BBCoding, you can see the BBcode guide on "Guide help" at the bottom of the "Builds and Guodes section". I wish you good luck working on your guide ;). I will withdraw my vote because you gave me a good explanation.

First off, this an experimental build tank you very much. (:D) And a hourglass isn't part of this build, it's not really required. This focuses on using the cc, and tanking the damage while engaging. A hourglass may help a bit, but not fully needed if you know your way around the battlefield. This build requires a team that will peel you, yet let you take damage. (Ie Peel when using ult, taking damage normally.)
And if you'd care to read my other guides, i say that the guides are short because i write them off the top of my mind. Teleport is also a very respectable support SS. Morgana has enough CC to lockdown an enemy champion, therefore exhaust isn't required. Teleport is used in this build for a way to apply pressure to other lanes. And i've yet to discover how to BBCode, and if you don't like that, then that's too bad honey.

What the hell? Why do you build Morgana tank? And where is your Zhonya's Hourglass? Moreover, there is no BBCoding and the guide is far too short. As well as that, Teleport is not a support SS and you lack support items... I will not continue. -1.
