This is my first Heimer built.

Its maybe not the effectives built for him but hes kinda awesome with it.

You need to have a passive play styl for it, because u get enough gold to be a late Game monster!

The runes are quite simple.

Have The magic Pen to hurt the enemys with the magic pen.

And have enough mana to stay long enough on your Lane.

The masteries explains there self.
Do more magic Damage and have enough mana and life reg.

Here is the weird part.

With the 2 Faerie Charms and your runes, you have alot of mana reg. The 3 Potions are the benefit for it.

You can get your first 2 Stones with them aswell.

When you go first time to base you should be able to take 2 Stones and boots with you.

From now on your nearly unkillable when you play smart. Any harassment thru enemys is healed really fast. Because you have the reg from ur passiv, the stones and masteries.

With your teleport your really fast to cover lanes or just push a bit.

Get your next 2 Stones and after them your Ionia Boots. Then you just farm safe and see your gold growing.

Just buy something when you can instantly built it. The only different time to do it like that is with ur first large Rod.

Then go for Rhabadons and Zonyas you have a huge amount of AP.

With rylais you become more life and the slow effect. Archangel is for increasing your mana reg and getting more AP and life reg (masteries). Morellos is just for more reg and some CDR u can swap it with any other item u prefer but its worth it in my opinion.

This Built isnt finished yet. I gonne describe it better. But its the start of it.

Played my first ranked game with this built. Here the results. The game was over after 49 minutes.
