To have a 45% CDR powerspike as early as Lvl 10, and help the team as much as possible through the fast-cash transmission and investment made from the laning phase.

To earn enough LP to leave Iron 20 since you suck at being an ADC so you became a support and earn the Platinum rank that you so dearly desire and deserve.
