-1 Masteries are meh, That is like almost no survivability for a MELEE CARRY.

you exchange safety and lane sustain for early game damage with your masteries, maybe offer a better explanation to your build and give more information about why you take the masteries you do.

There's no real detailed information in this build about anything,
You might want to work on that part.

I don't even know where to start..

Your items are alright for Fiora,
What I'm worried about are your masteries,
I don't think it's very safe to go with 29/1 masteries as a top laner.
You're not going to be able to keep her alive since
most top laners will just counter the hell out of you by building armor.

About the guide itself,
There is just little information on her and frankly it looks kind of messy..
