When you go Fizz in jungle you start at blue,(or at wolves and then blue if your team does some dmg). Blue-wolves-wraits-red-golems-wraits. Now you should be lvl 4 and hopefully you will be higher lvl then the players on the lanes. If you have enough health you can gank. but I use to back and then gank. good luck!

In lvl two, after I take the wraits, I look if the mid is pushed. If it is I have a easy kill, (because Fizz does a lot of dmg in low lvl when he is AD,) and then just go back too red.
