Ya I had figured out the mana bonuses didn't stack but thanks for telling me it didn't go up as fast wasn't paying attention to that while in fights. To answer your questions about the runes is because my Kayle is heavy on AP damage and the armor pen doesn't get more damage out than the splash damage from Righteous Fury, with more attack speed I get the splash out faster.

I don't know about Jax, so I'm going to comment on the Kayle build:
there's not much logic in the order you put your skill points.

Also, I tried that Archangel+Manamune combo. It's more expensive than building simply a Guinsoos Rageblade and with Kayle's long cooldowns it takes FOREVER to reach the 1000 mana cap. Yes, they DON'T stack together: you dont get 2000mana. Also if I looked carefully enough, they don't stack either while using abilities. you will still gain only 4 mana whenever using an ability. Only good thing about either one of those items is basically the mana, but I don't think Kayle needs that much mana. So the idea of combining these two items is great, but doesnt work too well. For those coins you could get some better suited items for Kayle, maybe survivability.

I don't know about Madred's, it can be quite awesome on Kayle and Nashor's Tooth is pretty mnuch the same. I have a question about your runes though: why atk speed quints? Don't you think armor pen is better?
