This has a bunch of walls full of text, hard to read, and you cons have a mistake ( i believe its a mistake), yasuo is not squishy at all thanks to Way of the Wanderer, if you take Greater Seal of Armor X9 you shouldnt have a problem, and vs ap some Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist you should have no problems at all.

Riven wasn't saved by Singed. They were surrounded by Ionians and the solution from Noxus was to kill everyone with a gas-attack. She managed to escape while everyone, including her troops, were dying around her :/. This is when she became an Exile as they thought she was dead and Riven started questioning Noxus herself.
