I will go over the build i use for gangplank hes is not tanky he is not a jungler hes is a
Semi-carry crit machine like tryndamere but this one is not that easy to play. i think its
gonna be short. Please give feedback.

Most of the runes are crit runes so u can get realy much crit.with only one phantom but some
runes are armor so u can solo top easier.

Short said have some nice masteries. U dont have to do my masteries if u think they dont fit u.

The items is to achevie high crit and medium damage. Nuff said.

Flash and ignite and u will scare everyone

Pros:
High crit damage.
Immortal coZ of hes abbelity to solo all 1v1.
Cons:
Squishy
Fail late game if fail early game.
