I play with this build and almost never lose. Stats always more kills than deaths.

I prefer to play on mid, but when lane gankplank with this build should be very good :). If enemies are attacking just def. Don't be so greedy. Use recall when no mana but tell your allies that you have to go. Use parley and run.

When you get level 6 try to push with your teammates. Use ulti behind enemies to make some damage to them. If they won't come into the range of your ulti attack them and push them into it.

I often end the build at atma's impaler and this is 40th minute. If the game is longer try to buy items from my item build :)
