I think a Randuin's Omen would work well.

I'll try it with a few changes... In general looks nice for dominion...

If you think warmog's is lacking, what would you reccomend to replace it? Again I am always open to suggestions to make a better build.

I find Warmog's Armor lacking in Dominion. It requires minion farm to be of most usefulness, which is less available in Dominion.

I personally think Heal isn't useful enough in any way. Other spells can fill the second slot, and if it's specifically for assaulting a point, I'd suggest Garrison. Heal could be useful, but Garen shouldn't be the one taking it.

Also, try fixing the items. Bloodthirster isn't available in Dominion (I know you can't find it) and you have 7 items, instead of 6. (Unless you wanted to sell boots...)
