Very strong early game (With his Decisive Strike ability, which silences an enemy if you didn't know already and the combo with that of Judgment a really good move for farming minions, killing champions with the Q & E combo early game.
His silence is actually the longest level 1 silence in the game, which also does a pretty decent amount of damage as well.
He has a really good tanking move which is passive and active (Courage) which if you can use his skills in a good sequence you may even pull off a kill with him not taking much health off you at all.
The late game is when his performance will start to get a little poorer as you know they will be getting more HP and you're moves will start to do less and less damage, because of armour E.T.C.
If he is focused on allot early game, stunned and ganked stuff like that will reduce his levelling rate and money rate so he will get those annoying moves and good items slower, and obviously enemies will get there items faster and will automatically have the advantage in battle.
