I play only garen, bec is my favourite pg. with this build, if u complete, u can win alone. sure. u have 100% crit, u slow target (frozen), u run (2 phantom and boot of swiftness), u have all for attack and for escape, for gank, or for farm. u be able to kill in early game and in last game. try to silence mage champ. the sequence can be variable. for a ranged better W - Q - E, if a melee also i prefer E - Q (at mid time of Judment, so when Judment finish u have ready the Decisive Strike) - W, so u be able to escape and have shield for fight without spell for 3 sec..sry for my english, i hope u lke my guide byby!
