OK talon.hees an very good laner if u play him right he got good farming attack hees W RAKE its good to farm minions and got an very high damage.Hees an assasin and u need very good crowd control.

I use my runes to burst down enemys very very fast,

My masteries are very good for laning and destroying turrets it give u lifesteal good burst damage

My items for Talon is very good when fed and an long game for destroying enemys with basic attack then noxian diplomacy cutthroat and rake pop out shadow assault then to stop ur enemy to escape
