Good start. I'd just like to suggest that you put this through some serious revision for grammar errors, like capitalizing your sentences and I's. That's the only way you'll get a high rating. Maybe add some more detail too.

I play Taric by my own and I have to say, that you have to write more and more.
But first I can say, that this guide is not full of facts: There are no explainations how to use spells/summoners. I also can say, that you can max your first spell with level nine. You maxed out Shatter at level 8. You can't do that. Please fix those things or you will get some downvotes.
Please explain too why you choose this masteries and runes. E.g. I would pick Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist. Why do you pick Greater Glyph of Magic Resist? As support-tank you have to stand AD-Carries early. Later everything else.

A bit brief. Also add more summoner spell ad item options. So incase thinks dont go right. I also recommend taking your heal at either levels 1 or 3 as without your carry is vulnerable.
