Good guide, I've tried it and works perfectly. I would only change the masteries a bit, putting 4 points on sorcery (for a plus of 5% CDR) instead of putting them on veteran scars and juggernaut.

I feel the same way about 21/9. Most of the deeper offense points are scaling things like % AP for one which don't work too well because you won't be getting nearly as much AP as an AP mid.

You probably don't need me heeping more praise toward your way =)). It's a powerful champ and a beautiful guide, but i wish that you would go a little bit more practical, a few tricks/maneuvers to establish lane dominance would be nice =.=; well done.
I'm just gonna answer for gleeglarbu, but i don't think 21/9/0 would be rewarding if you play support in general, latter down the offensive tree is geared toward late game damage potential, most of them are percentage-based and piercing defense. Let alone all the wonderfulness in support tree, mana regen, movement speed, gold generate... You could try 21/9/0 if you go with a friend and make a kill lane, otherwise, i don't thinks it's good.

I notice that the guide recommends Haunting Guise, but does not mention at what point (if at all?) it should be upgraded to Liandri's. Is that the last priority? Do you sell it off and buy something stronger if you get to that late of a point in the game?

Other than wondering about that one point I felt the guide was very informative, I like support Annie and think she's even more viable with the S4 changes.

What do you think of this masteries set up?

First off I never actually played Annie the last 3 years of playing League. I usually just play support champs. After seeing a few Annie's, I finally decided to buy her for 450 IP. I duo laned with a friend who mostly played Varus. I would drop a stun Tibs which gave him an easy ult. It was pretty much a guaranteed kill. We pretty much beat out any lane we went against. I ended up going 10-0 with Annie support. An amazing streak thanks to this guide. proof

I think Annie support is very useful. I play often at support and I sometimes try something new.
Now, when I found support Annie build, I will play her!
