Play for prio and quick roams mid after backing if you have tempo. Generally you pick Karma to dominate lane so if you can't do that there are others supports that would be better. You can win the lane lvl 1 buy hitting mantra Q from bush when enemy arrives to lane, if you dont abuse small tricks like this you shouldnt be playing karma in the first place. ITS ALL ABOUT THE LANE. Play her alot and learn how to consistently land Q on enemies by hitting minions they stand next to and Mantra Q enemy off CD.
