Lulu is not a low elo pick, mostly because it relies almost entirely on the adc's ability to carry fights along with your insane peel potential. Your goal is to go even in lane and shred the enemy along with your Hypercarries. Be patient in lane.

Lulu is not known for her roams, but with good game sense and wards you can definitely invade effectively with your jungler. Try deep warding enemy jungle when you have BOTH mid and bot prio. Never facecheck if more than 1 enemy is missing.

You almost always want to stick to your ADC's behinds and peel the **** out of him. Polymorph assassins/heavy CCers otherwise speed your carry up to dodge abilities and kite/hunt more effectively. Your E's cd is fairly low later in the game so don't forget to spam it (Clicking on portraits can help prevent missclicks in a TF). I try to time my R as so to cancel at least 1 engage ability from the enemy team.
