The idea of an agressive Soraka support is very, very appealing. But unfortunatly not playable in bot lane. Your build would work IF the enemy would never gank, never attack you and your ADC could lasthit even under Starcall. But sadly this will NEVER be the case. ANY enemy that sees your summoner spells, hears from his bot lane that you did not even level heal and furthermore sees that you push your lane like crazy will - kill you. And kill you again. Oh... you will see it comming, but in case you don't die again you will get zoned and starved and fall behind. And believe me, a soraka that is behind is not going to recover. Sorry to dissapoint you but your build is not viable.

I did not really read the whole guide.

Because you did not use CAPITAL LETTERS. I found the parts I read really hard to understand.

Also try to make it more interesting using images, videos and colors.

I am NOT a pro guide maker but the one I made also had a lot of mistakes at start.

A perma slow is enough. again this is different than other soraka guide. kindly try it out first! sustain? ramping gold will get you an early rylai as early as lvl 7. also this is still a support. if you expect to get kills? this is not the guide for you. being reliant in meta is bad. it makes you predictable. i'm trying to be rouge as possible.

The meta is sustain. You try to fit that with 40% CDR and your AP, but you have no aura items other than Rylai's and your Starcall.

I want him to be squishy actually. i want to get opponents attention that's why i use boots of mobility to kite them off. my build focuses on opponents movement speed. this guide can outrun opponents most of the time. i guess i need to discuss that too.

about philosopher's stone, sell it at late game.

if its done correctly, rylai can be made at lvl 7.

also i should study bb code. my guide is not attractive i guess.

This guide did not work at all for me, the build order if poorly explained, this sort of soraka doesn't really fit her role. Another thing, learn to BBcode your guide, it makes things a lot easier for everyone, i can tell than not much work was put into this guide.
