I find that with RoA you already get plenty of hp that Rylai's isn't really needed. The slow is nice, but you get a slow on demand with E, and Zhonya's gives much needed armor, more AP than Rylai's and a terrific active. If you skip RoA than by all means go ahead and get Rylai's, but an early(<20 minutes) RoA>Rylai's on any mana champion Imho.

was very helpful as i look at all gragas guides. particulary good. imo though i would change the zhonya's hourglass to a rylais crystal scepter though.
