Introduction
My name is Schnizzlebit and i want to investigate if this build would work for Hecarim.
I would love to hear what others think about it.
If it happens to be viable ill make expand the guide with more information.
This build gives Hecarim a heavy movement speed increase, which increases the attack damage of him. When you use ghost with the full build you can go NUTS!
At least that's what im thinking.
I don't play LoL very long so i would like to hear comments from people who actually know something about the game.
