Ok well, it looks a little odd but i tried it in a game that i havent played Heimer in forever, so i went with it... it was weird because i became god-like. Well this Heimerdinger should be laning with a tank or an annoying champion for extra fun :D It is even funner against some squashy people that you you can uber rape with your turrets. I like to let them push a little, hit them with a few rockets, then push them against they're tower. After they are low, i just throw a bomb in there and finish off with the rockets which rack up a easy kill for early game. Sorry for the weird guide, I just threw it in for some unexplainable reason :D
