Xin is well early game with his attack speed and tree talon strike, giving him an excellent advantage. At the same time he is squishy so you have to go in and kill quick and get out.
You want to give Xin attack speed early and attack damage later. why? because with the speed and your three talon strike you will be able to kill champions faster and easier. Also early game champions are squishier and will be real easy to kill and take the turret.

Introduction

This xin I think is the best out there. Speed killing minions with life steal to get all your health back and killing turrets is a simple. There will be no need to press b again. Run in and gank or turret dive should be easy. Three talon strike does over 1000 damage and knocks up give you the kill!
