My tryndamere build is WAAY diffrent than others i go either offensive or defensive depending on who im laning with and who im up against. if im against a carry like Ashe or Corki i go offensive but if im against someone like Akali,Jax,Katarina i build a bit more defensive.
This is my first guide. if it gets alot of votes i will make more guides.

Pros
+Great AD and survivability when build right
+Almost impossible to kill
+Can use his skills to save allies/Escape from enemies
+Once farmed up can do a great effort in team fights
Cons
-Gets killed too easily when built wrong
-Playing safe is a MUST until you get level 6 with Zeal& Berserker's Greaves
-Gets focused in team fight when against a good team
-can be countered when stunned while in Endless Rage

About summoner spells:
After Season 2 Release Flash was made weaker so i changed it for ghost. good for chasing escaping.When escaping try to use ghost after slows. i usually spin further than ghost to escape
Now exhaust.
Exhaust reduces the attack damage of you enemis by 70% and movement speed by 40%
In combination with Mocking Shout it decreases them even more weaker for mocking shout decreases attack damage by 20/40/60/80/100 and movement speed by 30%/37.5%/45%/52.5%/60%
Meaning that they will do nothing to you and are unable to escape while you can unleash hell itself upon them

For masteries i go 21/9/0 i get my summoner spells, damage and some crit in Offense and Armor and Magic Resistance in defense
The offense is important. You may think why i did not take the life steal. i did not because it makes tryndamere weaker. you will find out how later on.

I build tryndamere offensively and defensively if offensive i take boots of speed and health pots for starting items and take Spinning Slash for 1st skill.
If i will go defensive i will take brawlers gloves and Bloodlust for 1st skill
but i will allways level bloodlust up first Mocking Shout second and Spinning Slash last. and Ultimate at 6/11/16

The ones that have / between them are Defensive/Offensive

Some items are common on tryndamere, Berserker Greaves , Phantom Dance,
Most unique are Warmog&Atma's Impaler along with Taimat.
Warmog and Atmas is a all around good combination and for tryndamere they are special.
Tryndamere gains AD from the missing Health he has. so having alot of Health and getting damage from it will come out handy.
For example after a team fight Enemy Alistar came to save katarina who ran off.
Alistar was at full Health but i was 45% and i was completely sure i can beat him because of me having 400 damage.
Now about Taimat
You may think it gives low Damage and that the mana regen is a waste. taimat grants you 50% Splash damage to near by opponents so if you are going into a 3 on 1 thanks to taimat you will win that fight aswell.

Make sure you have good communication with your team so that if you are under farmed they would let you get kills for Gold and Level. Say your SS,Mia or whatever you preffer to say and make sure you are always keeping supports and mages out of harms way because if they are alive in the end of a team fight they can be able to save you from dying.

To recap:
Tryndamere is a difficult early game and late game when having wrong items,
The King of DPS with right items. Exhaust and Mocking shout are pretty much all you need to drop an entire team in a team fight(DO NOT Focusing a tank it is stupid and gets you killed, Focus DPS/AP/Support champs 1st tank should allways be your last targets)
