I just can't get behind this, because you made up a word for what you are describing...

Why? Where the heck did you get 'shreeding'? What's wrong with using the game terminology 'armor penetration'?

Well, The another thing is that is almost 3 times more cost efficent than (because of more AD and AS it gives).

Actually it's not armor penetration that is good in this item, but its cost efficency for AD and AS. Unlike Last whisper, which only good thing about is the penetration.

"The point which Last Whisper is better than The Black Cleaver in,
is when penetration from both equals against certain amount of armor."

Presume your math is correct. I just want to point out one simple thing... Black Cleaver helps your ENTIRE TEAM. Last Whisper helps only you, since it applies only you the damage YOU are doing to the target...

All in all, for a completely math-dumb person, I didn't understand much. But good guide, I presume :P
