Looks like a good build but for a solo lane,

1) Why to choose Taric as offencive support as there are much better offencive supports over there, Brand, Lulu, Bard, Annie and so on
2) Even that i think Taric need mana and sustain i don't get why to build both tear item and Catalyst of Aeons items, too much mana sustain (and you even have sheen)
3) you forgot in the abilities order 1 ult point on level 11

Well the MR/Armor items can be changed based on the game, but more mana = more AD because of the Manamune.
This works well as people don't realise the damage behind this build, so when they ignore you for the adc, you can get free kills.
I just sorted out the abilities, thank you.
But yeah, this is how I got mastery 7 Taric, thought I'd share it.
This build would suit a solo lane as well, just without the support item, but this makes support a very interesting role and allows you to do more in teamfights than just sit in the backline, healing and peeling your carry.

so just for the item i would recomend if you want to pick it for the MR or or , because passive it most of the item power, as you won't need both of them with this build

Yeah, all of those work, but the only reason I put it there is because it has mana and MR, but it can be swapped with any item, after all, if they have 5 ads, you don't exactly want to be stacking MR.
