Basically, this build will only fail if you're an ape, your adc is an ape, or you're against a Vayne. This build is amazing in the laning phase once you get Sheen, if the enemies ignore you and go for your adc, you just kill them as they're running for your adc. You should have yourself a double/triple/quadra.

Taric has always been able to pull this build off, but now with his recent buffs, he can completely destroy the enemy.

Remember, you're the support, this is just a insanely aggressive build on Taric that allows you to be VERY oppressive. But the best supports are the ones that don't let their adc's die, and if the enemy is dead, then your adc isn't.

Just right click and faceroll that keyboard, especially after Tear and Sheen.
