I am summoner level 28, and I guess carry would be a more accurate representation of how i play talon.

Tri Force ISN'T better then IE for Talon, in terms of damage. It offers better utility, but damage from IE is better (even if you count in the Tri Force proc).

Also, may I know what ELO/summoner level are you?
Because I first time hear about playing Talon as a bot laner.

Should i change the title to "How to assassinate with Talon" for clarification? and I prefer top/bot.

the way I see it is Merc treds try to survive damage, while Lucid boots try to prevent damage. Black cleaver reduces armor on champs so you do more damage thanks to the fact that they have less armor and you still have the same amount of ArP, plus armor reduction allows everyone who hits that champ to benefit. Q is better to level if you are going to be aggressive and harass enemy champs. W is def better for Farm and its Talon's only ranged atk so it makes sense to poke with it. Your arguments are for a play style that isn't what I discuss, I try to prevent death as much as possible and do Burst Damage, not sustained Damage and in the guide I said to get Tri-force as the next damaging item if you are fed, and Tri-Force is better then IE, as Talon. Assassinations shouldn't rely on Crit to kill a champ.

Also, I had a big debate on another Talon guide about the skilling order (Q first>W first).

What lane do you take?

Just a heads up, in mid (apparently the best lane for Talon):
1) Ignite> Exhaust
2) Mercury's Treads are the best choice.
3) Flat armor seals aren't that good. Better get scaling ones.

Also, what's a point of Black Cleaver?

It's a known fact that Last Whisper> Black Cleaver in late game (and that's when you intend on getting it)

Double Bloodthirster? That's really bad too. Get an IE.

Not saying that stacking BT's is bad on Talon, but it cripples you so much upon death... You can lose up to 80 damage, which is really a lot. Meanwhile IE will give you a nice permanent AD boost+some decent crit chance+amazing crit damage passive.
