Please check your grammar and spelling before everything else you have to do. Even your title is very messy. What about "How To Win With Leblanc", or "Leblanc - How To Win", but not something in between with literally no uppercase letters and even here grammar errors are to be found.

Im pretty sure mejails soulstealer is an unreliable choice fo . I mean it works wonders if your winning, but in an even matchup I imagine its abit hard to keep stacks on leblanc, being a squishy single target assassin-type champion.
You also don't mention how to best utilze her passive, which would seem confusing to some ( especially those new to the game).
