Spells:
Surge
Exhaust
Ability Order
Relentless Assault (PASSIVE)

Aboute Jax and how I play him.
Always max your Leap Strike, becouse it is the only source of powerful demage (beside your auto attack).
I take Amplifying Tome and a Health Potion, then I get boots of speed and upgrade it to Ninja Tabi for dodge. If I'm geting kill's and playing good I will take Mejai's Soulstealer if not I will take Morello's Evil Tome. Then go on Hextech Gunblade, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Rylai's Cristal Scepter and last but not least Trinity Force. From all of this items you will get a decent amount of Ability Power, Demage and Attack Speed.
I think if You can get this build then it is a GG. So good luck and get on the Field of Justice.
