Im very new to creating builds on mobafire so I'll try to keep the walls if text away.This hybrid Teemo build keeps you ap and ad nicely balanced while you can still just spit out the damage.

The reason i went with AP runes over ad runes is simple more early game burst and to help your shrooms with there early damage as well. If u feel like you would rather go with your ad set ann lean towards ap Teemo go for it but this build does ungoldy amounts of damage in not just burst but over time.

This item section is going to be lacking because idk how to put the picture of the item in the text so im relying on your knowledge of the league. Because of this ill only be going over the core build.

I start with a dagger and 1 Health Pot so I can start building into boots or malady depending on early game farm/kills.

The reason to rush a Malady is it is Teemos cuddle buddy it gives quite the decent amount of attack speed and AP along with that really nice passive that sinks with his Poison.

Hextech Gunblade Once again another item made for champions like Teemo nice amount of AD and AP along with spellvamp and lifesteal. Plus a very nice active that helps catch that running enemy XD.

Guinso Rageblade The passive is what makes this one since you need the boost in AS this is the item to go for with Hybrid Teemo Plus it gives a fairly large amount of AP and AD

Rylais Crystal Scepter Heath AP and a Slow on your Q and a even Bigger slow on your R What else needs to be said
